This Ghatkopar East LiC 88E branch service is horrible pathetic, and Rude and shrud ladies, they dont know how tonorgabize and do their work on time, and they will not help u also, I gave policy for surrendering on 7th and 10th 2 policy, they said, since it’s small amount will be done quick and within 10 day will get credit. No body is bothered about it. They see date when we have put and after that in 2 days they start working on it. Branch manager is another lady who is not ready to help the customer she say checknin inquiry and then come to me, this shows how helpful she is. She said I need to go out. I cant talk to the lady inside. I said so u r not ready to help, send she list walked out. All people have excuse in this branch of COVID-19, where as this should not be. They want to work at their own convenience time and cannot work under pressure, there is nothing like service, but when they need to give policy they will.please and request everything. But when it come to surrender no body will come to help u.
